We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years, we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started!

We have scaled to 50 million+ monthly page views, 8 million+ registrations, over 22 million listed products, and 22000+ active designers.

Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

About the team:

The Creative Fabrica marketing team is all about driving customer growth and retention while working closely with our product team to bring exciting platform updates to our users. We’re a young, growing team that’s passionate about what we do!

From paid acquisition and SEO to social media, affiliate programs, email campaigns, and more -- we’ve got it all covered. Plus, we’re lucky to have an in-house Creative Team and a dedicated marketing analytics squad to back us up every step of the way.

About the role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven  Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and grow our affiliate marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy, foster strong partnerships, and drive revenue growth through a high-performing affiliate network. You will be a key player in shaping our acquisition strategy and ensuring the success of our affiliate channel.

What you will do:

  • Develop and oversee the affiliate marketing strategy to align with broader business objectives to drive growth
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Identify and engage with key potential affiliates to expand the reach and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships and maintain high levels of communication with top new and existing affiliates to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate channel performance using key metrics and data insights.
  • Report on KPIs, providing actionable insights and optimizing strategies based on performance data.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and data teams, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Act as a bridge between affiliates and internal teams to foster a cohesive and integrated approach.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the affiliates team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth.

What you will need:

  • Extensive experience in affiliate marketing, with a history of driving significant sales and growth through strategic initiatives. 
  • Expertise in performance analysis and optimization, with the ability to translate metrics into strategies that deliver results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and sustaining strong affiliate partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools, tracking platforms, and data visualization software.
  • Ability to think big while managing day-to-day operations and delivering measurable outcomes.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in working with Subscriptions/B2C products, particularly SaaS and global marketplaces/e-commerce
  • Marketing background
