MR PORTER are now seeking a talented Affiliate Marketing Executive to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: Our Westfield office in London

Reporting into: Affiliate Marketing Manager

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office)

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager in executing the affiliate and influencer strategy, helping to drive customer acquisition, engagement and commercial growth across both channels.
  • Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners, networks and creator talent, proactively identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating commerical optimisations and briefing and coordinating the delivery of best-in-class campaigns.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc performance reporting, analysing results to generate actionable insights, measure success and communicate recommendations and learnings to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain key team resources, including campaign calendars, budget trackers, creative briefs and post-campaign reporting.
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners and creators to strengthen and diversify MR PORTER's partnership portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Social, PR, Editorial, Buying, Finance and Global Marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and the evolving creator landscape, proactively identifying new partnership opportunities and innovative ways to enhance performance.
  • Champion the MR PORTER brand by ensuring all affiliate and influencer activity is executed to the highest standard and aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

The type of person we are looking for: 

  • 1–2 years' experience in affiliate or digital marketing, ideally within a luxury, fashion, e-commerce or affiliate agency environment.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel and reporting platforms to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to build collaborative relationships and negotiate effectively with partners.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who takes ownership, demonstrates initiative and is committed to continuous learning and development.
  • Solutions-focused, with sound judgement, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and enthusiastic, bringing a collaborative mindset, innovative thinking and a positive approach to driving business growth.
