Why be an Affiliate Executive at THG?

Reporting to the Partnerships Manager (EU), the Affiliate Executive (EU) will support the LOOKFANTASTIC Affiliate team in the execution of the EU Affiliate strategy.


Responsibilities:  

  • Understanding the affiliate marketing budget and support in analysis KPIs and channel spend. 
  • Helping to establish clear new customer acquisition driving initiatives. 
  • New partnership outreach and monthly planning at campaign level. 
  • Develop relationships with affiliate partners to drive performance across the channel. 
  • Proactive publisher recruitment and collaborate with affiliate network for optimal programme growth. 
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and take appropriate actions with support from the affiliate network. 
  • Regular quality control and exposure auditing across digital partners. 
  • Supporting the Partnerships Manager with promotional planning and campaign activations. 

 

Cross Team Collaboration:  

  • Collaboration with wider trading and marketing teams to understand and support key campaigns, promotions and messages. 
  • Affiliate network co-ordination and collaboration. 
  • Collaborate with the direct affiliate team on ways of working, ideation and team prioritisation.
