Position Overview
Are you passionate about technology and driven by creativity, commercial acumen, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? As an Advisory & Consulting Manager, you will lead strategic adoption projects, guide clients through their governance journey, and champion best practices across the full suite of Diligent solutions. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives on solving complex challenges and shaping impactful outcomes—especially in the critical area of Entity Management.
Key Reponsabilities
- Lead & Deliver: Own client engagements from start to finish—whether independently or with a team—ensuring seamless delivery across the entire customer journey and product enablement lifecycle.
- Drive Success: Mobilize resources, manage timelines, and optimize budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Entity Management Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor on entity governance, compliance, and corporate record-keeping, helping clients streamline processes and mitigate risk.
- Expand & Innovate: Partner with Sales and Solution Engineers to identify growth opportunities, craft Statements of Work, and develop strategies for adoption and expansion of GRC use cases.
- Coach & Mentor: Guide team members on project management best practices and customer enablement techniques.
- Be the Expert: Continuously deepen your domain knowledge—especially in Entity Management—and become a go-to Subject Matter Expert.
- Collaborate & Influence: Support senior leadership in practice management, resource planning, and operational excellence.
Required Experience/Skills
- Experience: 5-8 years in a client-facing or consulting role, with proven success in project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Technical Skills: Advanced SQL expertise (complex joins, stored procedures, performance tuning), strong database knowledge, and mastery of data manipulation in Excel/Access.
- Domain Knowledge: Passion for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with hands-on experience in Entity Management—including corporate governance, legal entity structures, and compliance frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, strong time management, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Global Perspective: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborate across global teams.
