dunnhumby is looking for an Advertising Operations Lead to publish and manage digital advertising campaigns for global brands.

What you’ll be doing:

You will own, deliver and manage advertising campaigns and related content across large retailer estates and advertising networks.

Within a dedicated team, you’ll be running many types of campaigns, managing creatives, audiences, targeting, impression delivery and optimising live campaigns.

You’ll collaborate closely with design, development and campaign management teams to ensure all campaigns are delivered to brief and on budget. You’ll also advise media planners and brands on campaign setup and capabilities.

You’ll put customers first, maintain high standards of quality for retailers and advertisers, following guidelines and understanding best practice.

You’ll improve delivery efficiency by improving processes and new systems. You’ll ensure processes and systems are understood, documented and shared.

How you’ll be doing it:

You will be comfortable using multiple publishing platforms and delivering ads, ideally with proven experience in Google advertising products. You’ll be technically capable and able to understand code, tags and formats for ads.

By communicating regularly and effectively, you’ll build strong relationships with your team, peers and external stakeholders. You’ll be able to prioritise and manage expectations.

You’ll be positive, reliable and consistent, keeping an eye on details even when things are moving quickly. You’ll take ownership of challenges and share solutions.

Being organised and managing your time and workload effectively is key, while adapting to growth, different priorities and periods of higher or lower volume.

You’ll become an integral part of a supportive and trusted team, and champion our values.
