Job Description

We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our organizational transformation initiatives. This professional will play a central role in developing change projects, promoting adherence, capacity building, and engagement of all stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with the client's and organization's objectives.
  • Conduct organizational impact analyses and identify potential barriers to change.
  • Design and implement communication plans to engage stakeholders in transformation processes.
  • Create customized educational materials, such as guides, presentations, and manuals, to support team training.
  • Plan and deliver in-person and online training sessions, ensuring alignment with employee needs.
  • Organize and conduct participatory workshops to foster collaboration and understanding of changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting approaches as necessary.
  • Promote best practices in change management and share knowledge with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in change management, training, or similar roles
  • Advanced use of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • CCP - Certificate of Pedagogical Competence/former CAP (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions
  • Proficiency in creating educational content using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, among others
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and collaboration tools will be valued
