About Adobe Advertising  

Adobe Advertising is on the lookout for a hardworking and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Senior Client Partner. The Senior Client Partner will be responsible for evangelizing Adobe Advertising solutions and developing deep relationships to ensure optimal adoption of our omni-channel product stack.  

The Challenge  

As part of our Go To Market Team, you will apply your expertise in solution selling and direct customer interaction to adeptly navigate customer organizations, guiding them to a successful start with Adobe Advertising and maximize the value they derive from our solutions.  

The ideal candidate is a driven and consultative seller with strong analytical and communication skills. You will be expected to be a leading Advertising authority in a product-focused company and fast-moving industry. This is a key role that will report directly to the Group Director.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Expand Adobe Advertising within key Brand Direct accounts by cross-selling and up-selling product portfolio through partnership with Adobe’s Customer Success team  

  • Champion the sale of Adobe Advertising’s comprehensive suite of Paid Search, Demand Side Platform, and Dynamic Creative Optimization solutions to prospective customers  

  • Employ a consultative approach to cultivate executive and management-level client relationships, identify customer marketing objectives and align AAC solutions to deliver against needs for data-driven media and marketing  

  • Deliver compelling presentations and coordinate technical demonstrations by partnering with Solutions Consultants and Product leads  

  • Achieve and exceed individually assigned sales/cross-sell quotas on a quarterly and annual basis, maintaining full accountability of your targets  

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscapes by reviewing public information such as executive appointments, earnings statements, and press releases  

What you need to succeed  

  • A high-energy, strategic, and tech-savvy individual with 5+ years of prior experience in software and/or media sales.  

  • Strong understanding of Ad Tech stack core benefits & use cases, and ideally an understanding of Martech stacks as well  

  • Extraordinary discovery skills to identify clients’ marketing objectives, tech stack & workflows, and articulate a vision that aligns with customer needs.  

  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with proven client-facing experience and the ability to effectively demonstrate cloud-based advertising platforms.  

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.  

  • Bachelor’s degree or industry experience required  

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $161,500 -- $281,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
