- Track key tasks and follow up on pending items
- Serve as a liaison for team members
- Manage team space, including moves and setups
- Collaborate with leadership, recruiters, and other assistants
- Write and edit documents
- Plan team-building activities to strengthen team culture
- Foster a fun work environment
Day-to-Day:
- Work closely with other Executive Assistants to support team activities and projects .
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience as an Executive Assistant
