We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in our Tunbridge Wells office. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Entering data accurately and on time to support daily business operations.
  • Meeting strict daily data entry targets, deadlines, and schedule compliance requirements.
  • Updating and maintaining CRM systems to ensure accurate customer and internal records.
  • Communicating professionally with customers by email and telephone.
  • Working with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely task completion.
  • Maintaining strong attention to detail and demonstrating solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Confident using computers, including CRM and database systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills when dealing with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to manage your workload independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems proactively.
  • A positive team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and supports others when needed.
