Salary: £27,351.47 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Location: Westminster

What you'll be doing;

• Minute-taking for managers when required throughout the contract depots.

• Conduct Right to Work documents check for the contract and ensure the process complies with HMRC.

• Ensure timesheets are completed before the deadline as required.

• Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in Agency timesheets and payroll records.

• Ensure the stock count of the uniforms is conducted consistently every month and provide the stock count data to the Business Support Team.

• Assist the service managers with ad hoc duties.

• Conduct general administration duties as per the contract requirement.

• Ensure compliance with all Veolia policies and procedures.

• Good interpersonal skills

• Administration/Clerical experience

• Good IT Skills

• Good customer service skills

• Prioritisation skills, flexibility and ability to manage workload with changing deadlines
