Client Hospitality & Events Officer

As a Client Hospitality & Events Officer, you will ensure a premium client and visitor experience while supporting Front of House operations, meeting spaces, internal events, and hospitality services. This role combines event coordination, operational support, hospitality services, and administrative duties, ensuring high-quality service aligned with CSC standards.
Client Hospitality & Front of House
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and colleagues with professionalism and warmth
- Manage registrations, check-in/check-out, and badge issuance
- Coordinate parking access and support visitors at the gate
- Arrange taxis as needed
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming lobby and client area
- Handle incoming calls: announce, transfer, and log messages
Meeting Rooms & Client Space Coordination
- Manage and monitor meeting room bookings
- Arrange special requests (catering, parking, Wi-Fi access, transport)
- Prepare and refresh meeting rooms and client lounges
Catering & Hospitality Services
- Order and manage food, beverages, and hospitality supplies
- Maintain stock levels and ensure cleanliness in catering areas
- Execute catering setups for internal and client events
Events
- Support logistics and supplier coordination for client events
- Coordinate internal events and ensure smooth onsite execution
- Liaise with internal teams to support event preparation and delivery
