We are seeking an organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to several members of our executive team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, managing sensitive information and contacts with discretion, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the executive team. The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles.
Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

What you'll do
- Proactively manage calendars, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and anticipating needs to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Maintain a professional and responsive demeanor while interacting with colleagues both inside and outside the company.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of agendas, correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense submissions in a timely and organized manner.
- Provide support for department events, including coordinating logistics, managing RSVPs, and assisting with on-site coordination as needed.
- Assist in managing and coordinating Quarterly Dining Club experiences for employees to participate in. This includes sending out google form sign ups, making reservations at local restaurants, calendar invites and more!
- Assist in the creation and editing of Google Slide presentations, ensuring a polished and professional appearance.
- Undertake various ad hoc tasks and projects to support the executive team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
