A Day in the Life

Healthcare is changing. Our innovative products and services enable earlier disease diagnosis, safer treatment, faster recovery, and improved patient outcomes. This is however only a part of the innovation need. 
The primary purpose of the role is to ensure all necessary administration tasks completed for Diabetes Care to provide efficient order, dispatch and stock administration for all replacement belt clips, loans and repair cases handled by Product Support.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Carry out regular stock checks and ensure timely replenishment ordering
  • Database cleaning and maintenance, and ad hoc data cleaning tasks
  • To send scheduled written communications to new and existing customers in line with defined engagement plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts, capturing minor changes
  • Respond to internal phone or email queries
  • Handle inbound overflow calls routed from Product Support during peak demand times
  • Handle returning products and booking collections.
  • Work hybrid (2 days office)

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven strong administrative and self-organization skills: a starter-finisher with persistence and attention to detail
  • Great verbal and written communication
  • A demonstrable record of high performance on compliance with defined financial, administrative, and contact handling procedures 
  • Flexible attitude, comfortable switching between admin tasks and handling overflow calls routed from Product Support 
  • Competent in using variety of IT systems and programs at the same time (MS Office, SAP, CRM and etc.)
