Who we are looking for

Frazier & Deeter is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our London office that will provide administrative and client service support to partners, managers, and staff. This position serves a critical support role among a growing and dynamic leadership team and ensures that timely and courteous service is provided to all clients and firm personnel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Operations Manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including organising documents and answering phones, communicating messages to partners, managers, and staff
  • Prepare routine correspondence as requested and organize workload to comply with deadlines and priorities established by firm personnel
  • Maintain a working knowledge/competency of appropriate systems applications utilised by the firm
  • Interact with clients in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
  • Ad-hoc corporate event and marketing support
  • Diary and email support for senior management
  • Responding to questions and requests for information

Eligibility, Skills and Experience

To be eligible to apply for our Administrative Assistant role you will need to have:

  • 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or office administrative assistant
  • Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Committed to continuous improvement in your approach to work
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain and cultivate strong professional relationships, including key interactions with clients and firm personnel
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Educated to A-Level (or equivalent), or higher
  • The right to work in the UK
