Responsibilities
- Assisting with business travel for the London office. This includes Flights, Taxis, Hotels and Couriers.
- Data entry.
- Document binding and filing.
- Collating and analysing company expense information for credit card reconciliation.
- Setting up meetings.
- Putting together meeting agendas for business trips.
- Updating internal databases and spreadsheets, including supporting the Conflict Check process.
- Providing cover for the office manager, with greeting external visitors.
- Perform any other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
- 1 – 3 years experience in an administration role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient organisation skills with a strong attention to detail.
- A positive and ‘roll up sleeves’ attitude.
- Confidence and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels.
- Experience with maintaining confidentiality on all workload aspects.
This is an in-office position.
