K2 Integrity is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the London office. This position is a varied role and will provide administrative support to the office while working closely with the Operations controller.
Responsibilities

  • Assisting with business travel for the London office. This includes Flights, Taxis, Hotels and Couriers.
  • Data entry.
  • Document binding and filing.
  • Collating and analysing company expense information for credit card reconciliation.
  • Setting up meetings.
  • Putting together meeting agendas for business trips.
  • Updating internal databases and spreadsheets, including supporting the Conflict Check process.
  • Providing cover for the office manager, with greeting external visitors.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned or required.


Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years experience in an administration role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient organisation skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • A positive and ‘roll up sleeves’ attitude.
  • Confidence and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels.
  • Experience with maintaining confidentiality on all workload aspects.


This is an in-office position.
