As our Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations across financial, human resources, and personal administrative tasks. You will work closely with various departments and team members to manage documentation, maintain records, and provide support that helps the company run efficiently. What will you do?
- Proactively suggest improvements to practices and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of time-off, annual leave, and other HR-related administrative records.
- Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Handle appointment scheduling and assist with occasional travel arrangements.
