The Administrative Assistant role is designed to provide support to Lincoln International's M&A Sector team(s) with administrative duties and occasional assistance for other teams when needed. The position requires an organised individual who can manage tasks efficiently while working collaboratively with others. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (9am–5pm), based in the Lincoln London office.

Please note that this is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. 

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Travel Coordination: Making travel arrangements and preparing necessary documentation (e.g., Visas, ESTA).
  • Diary Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings (virtual and in-person), considering multiple time zones.
  • Expense Submission: Prepare and input both cash and credit card expenses.
  • Team Events: Provide support in organising team dinners and small events.

Marketing Assistance:

  • Organise client dinners or events when required.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for marketing purposes.

M&A Team Support:

  • Help prepare pre-meeting logistics for internal or external meetings.
  • Assist with sourcing basic data and information for presentations.
  • Provide project support, such as updating working group lists or administrative documents.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and requests as needed.

Salesforce Data Entry:

  • Update contacts, meeting notes, and marketing lists in Salesforce.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Entry-level knowledge of Salesforce and Concur is a plus but can be learned on the job.
