Job Brief

We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our amazing team in London! It is a great opportunity to start your career in a growing company with many opportunities to grow and develop. This is a full-time position working on-site in our London office; Monday to Friday.

As an admin assistant, you will:

  • Assist with data entry tasks (file uploading etc)
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post.
  • Coordinate and interact with various stakeholders via email and phone.
  • Log and process (including listening to) audio recordings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office.
  • Download and/or upload files into our workflow systems.
  • Assist with setting up equipment in court, when required.
  • Provide support to other teams, as needed.
  • Be part of an A team!!

Requirements:

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, organized, self-starting independent professional, with the following:

  • One-year minimum of prior experience working with general computer programs: Word, Excel, Adobe/PDF, email, data entry, and an understanding of the internet environment is required.
  • Proficient English and excellent writing skills, spelling, punctuation, and English grammar.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
  • Happy to work in the PM; processing and delivering transcripts as needed.
  • Working in the London office daily.
  • Experience in a legal office environment is a plus but not required.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

The salary range for this position: An annual base salary of 24,000 - 28,000 GBP based on experience.
