Requirements
We’re looking for a sharp and detail-obsessed Campaign Manager to join Overwolf’s Ad Operations team and take campaign execution to the next level.
In this role, you’ll lead the setup, management, optimization, and reporting of direct and programmatic ad campaigns across our platform. You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers, Ad Ops, and demand partners to ensure smooth, successful delivery — from kickoff to billing. You’ll be the engine behind performance, pacing, and process.

Responsibilities
What will you do:
- Own, set up, and manage video, display, and custom ad campaigns across Overwolf and partner platforms
- Monitor pacing and performance, optimize delivery, and troubleshoot issues in real-time
- Forecast inventory availability and flag delivery risks early
- QA creatives and tags to ensure proper execution and measurement
- Implement targeting, tracking, and measurement tools (e.g., DCM, IAS, DV)
- Generate reports, insights, and screenshots for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Demand teams to ensure smooth execution
Requirements
- 2+ years in ad ops (video & display) with GAM, Aniview, SSPs, DSPs (e.g., TTD, Magnite)
- Strong grasp of ad specs, tagging, and execution of direct and programmatic delivery
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and sharp attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GAM custom templates
- Experience with DMPs e.g, ArcSpan, Permutive, Audigent
- Familiar with GAM first-party and third-party targeting
- Knowledge of advertising industry standards such as VAST /VPAID, RTB, GDPR, IVT, Brand safety etc.
- Team player who works well independently in a fast-paced setting
Bonus:
- Experience with GAM 360, Aniview
- Understanding of using LiveRamp ATS and clean rooms for programmatic and direct campaigns
- Experience working and collaborating with global and regional teams
- Familiarity with gaming and PC apps
