You'll collaborate closely with Account Managers, Ad Ops, and demand partners to ensure smooth, successful delivery — from kickoff to billing. If you're passionate about flawless execution, thrive on problem-solving, and love the rhythm of campaign life — this one’s for you.

Responsibilities

What will you do:

  • Monitor pacing and performance, optimize delivery, and troubleshoot issues in real-time
  • Forecast inventory availability and flag delivery risks early
  • QA creatives and tags to ensure proper execution and measurement
  • Implement targeting, tracking, and measurement tools (e.g., DCM, IAS, DV)
  • Generate reports, insights, and screenshots for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Demand teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements
  • 2+ years in ad ops (video & display) with GAM, Aniview, SSPs, DSPs (e.g., TTD, Magnite)
  • Strong grasp of ad specs, tagging, and execution of direct and programmatic delivery
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GAM custom templates
  • Experience with DMPs e.g, ArcSpan, Permutive, Audigent
  • Familiar with GAM first-party and third-party targeting
  • Knowledge of advertising industry standards such as VAST /VPAID, RTB, GDPR, IVT, Brand safety etc.
  • Team player who works well independently in a fast-paced setting

Bonus:

  • Experience with GAM 360, Aniview
  • Understanding of using LiveRamp ATS and clean rooms for programmatic and direct campaigns
  • Experience working and collaborating with global and regional teams
  • Familiarity with gaming and PC apps

What you’ll get:

  • Remote Work: Work from home or anywhere that works for you
  • Private Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for your peace of mind
  • Stock Options: Be part of our shared success
  • Wellness Reimbursement: Support for mental health therapy, fitness activities, classes, and related equipment
  • Gaming Allowance: A dedicated budget for games and gaming equipment
  • Vacation & Holidays: 33 paid days off per year (including UK bank holidays)
  • Annual Compensation Review: Ensuring your package remains competitive and rewarding
  • Personal Development Budget: For courses, training, and professional growth
