Role Overview
The successful candidate will be working in a newly-created team that is rapidly evolving and using cutting-edge industry technologies. We seek an Ad Operations Associate to create and manage affiliate campaigns, focusing primarily on the Crypto vertical while also contributing to our iGaming initiatives. This role will be responsible for campaign execution, performance analysis, and ensuring seamless ad delivery for our customers. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and have a strong grasp of digital advertising technologies and best practices. Additionally, the role will involve managing key partner relationships, including partner account creation and KYC completion, to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner Account Creation & KYC Completion: Work closely with new affiliate partners to facilitate account setup and complete necessary compliance checks, including KYC
- Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize affiliate performance
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to maximize revenue and campaign efficiency.
- Troubleshooting & QA: Identify and resolve any issues related to ad serving, tracking discrepancies, or campaign underperformance.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including business development, content, and analytics, to align advertising efforts with company goals.
- Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all advertising activities adhere to industry regulations, platform policies, and Find.co’s internal standards for both Crypto and iGaming verticals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Revenue Operations or Operations (crypto and/or iGaming experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with Affiliate networks and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization, and campaign reporting.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixels, and data attribution models.
- Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical ad delivery and performance issues.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements in digital advertising, particularly in crypto and iGaming.
