As an Ad Operations Executive you will be instrumental in setting up, managing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various platforms. You'll ensure the accuracy and efficiency of ad delivery while troubleshooting any issues that arise. Key Responsibilities 

  • Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns in Google Ad Manager, ensuring accurate targeting, pacing, and delivery.
  • Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Identify and resolve issues related to ad tags, creative formats, and tracking discrepancies. Leverage HTML, JavaScript, and basic coding skills to troubleshoot and implement ad adjustments as needed.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign metrics to assess performance, provide actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and third-party vendors to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and technical specifications.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate performance reports, document campaign workflows, and maintain detailed records of campaign setups, optimizations, and results.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies, industry standards, and brand guidelines while maintaining high-quality, error-free ad delivery.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven commercial experience in digital ad operations, specifically managing campaigns in Google Ad Manager (GAM).
  • Hands-on experience with ad trafficking, targeting, and optimization across display, video, and mobile campaigns.
  • Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and basic coding for troubleshooting and custom ad implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance reporting and data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of ad serving, real-time bidding (RTB), programmatic advertising, and ad tagging.
  • Familiarity with third-party ad tags, tracking pixels, and ad verification tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical ad delivery issues.
  • Strong attention to detail in campaign setup, QA processes, and reporting accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including account managers, developers, and external vendors.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for translating technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
