Manage social and PPC advertising campaigns from concept through reporting. Responsibilities include developing ad copy and creative concepts, audience targeting, conversion tracking, analytics monitoring, A/B testing, performance optimization, and stakeholder reporting across Google Ads and other advertising platforms.
Overview
Corporate Tools is looking for someone who knows that launching an ad is the starting line, not the finish line. You can build campaigns from the ground up, set up lead magnets and tracking pixels, dig into performance data, and turn what you learn into smarter next steps. You don't just watch the numbers move; you figure out what they're telling you and do something useful with that information.
Google Ads and Google Analytics are familiar territory for you. Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus, as is a willingness to get your hands dirty with platforms like TikTok Ads, X/Twitter Ads, ChatGPT Ads, Apple Ads, WordPress, and Matomo Analytics.
Maybe you've been the entire marketing department at a small company, juggling platforms and figuring things out as you go. Now imagine bringing that resourcefulness to a team of digital advertising experts who can challenge your thinking, share what they know, and help you level up. If testing, tweaking, and finding better ways to get results sounds like your kind of fun, let's talk.

Why Work Here
Some people see an ad. You see 14 things you could test to make it better. Why is one campaign crushing it while another is eating the budget for breakfast? You want to find out, fix what isn't working, and see just how much better you can make it. Experiment with new ideas, follow the data down a rabbit hole or three, and turn your "what if?" moments into real results here.
