Job Description
As an Acquisition Lead in our Nutmeg Wealth Services team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial success by optimizing lead generation and conversion rates across various acquisition channels. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to enhance our CRM system, improve sales efficiency, and contribute to our goal of becoming the leading affluent wealth management platform in the UK. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and scale an acquisition platform infrastructure with advanced reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Leverage internal analytics and business intelligence to drive digital financial planning initiatives.
  • Lead channel development for expanding guidance activities across multiple internal distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance partners to maximize acquisition efforts, ensuring lead quality and volume meet targets.
  • Facilitate data-driven budget planning and tracking, addressing any deviations from the plan proactively.
  • Oversee the delivery of new outbound campaigns to existing clients and prospects, ensuring accurate sales funnel tracking.
  • Identify areas for improvement and best practices, providing insights and analysis for regular reporting and live campaigns.
  • Contribute to building a comprehensive controls infrastructure, aligning performance metrics with regulatory requirements.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel with excellent numerical skills.
  • Strong commercial understanding of key business drivers and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet regular reporting deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in analyzing sales funnel data.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong internal relationship management and partnership management skills.
