Accounts Receivable Analyst (Maternity Cover)
Leeds / Hybrid - 3 days per weeks in the office
What You'll Do
We're looking for an Accounts Receivable professional to join our Finance team in Leeds. Ideally you'll have worked in a similar role, although we're keen to talk to people who have the ability to work within a fast paced, high volume environment. This position requires self-motivation, organistation, and the need to be cross functional with the business.

• Validate and process debit notes, ensuring the correct approval processes are followed.
• Match debit notes to promotions and contractual agreements.
• Investigate and resolve complex disputes with customers.
• Reconcile statements to the ledgers.
• Payment allocations.
• Maintain a clean ledger with regular housekeeping.
• Work closely with other teams to aid with calculating accruals and resolving issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
• Support other team members when required.

What you'll bring:

• Close attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to resolve problems and queries in a timely manner.
• Methodical and diligent with the ability to manage tight deadlines.
• Confident communicator both written and verbally.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• A can-do attitude, with a strong team working ethic.
