The Role:

CoMind is building a high-performing Finance function to underpin the next phase of our growth. We are seeking an ambitious finance professional who will support our financial operations by processing transactions, ensuring accuracy and supporting the introduction of new financial systems and processes as we move towards product launch.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail. This is an opportunity to have a genuine impact in a rapidly changing organisation and to support the growth of the Finance function.

At CoMind, all team members work at least 4 days per week from our new Kings Cross offices, plus a flexible work-from-home day.

Responsibilities:
  • Supplier invoice processing and PO matching

  • Supplier and employee expenses payments

  • Maintaining accurate data within accounting systems

  • Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and third parties

  • Support the introduction of new systems and processes, including cleansing data as we migrate to a new ERP system

  • Provide support to the Financial Controller and CFO for reporting and other tasks as needed

Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within an accounting or finance-based role

  • Strong purchase and sales ledger experience

  • Confident user of accounting software, ideally Xero, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills

  • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail

  • Well-organised with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

  • Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
