Roles and Responsibilities

  • Record all invoices within the purchase ledger.
  • Resolve all invoice related queries.
  • Ensure all invoices are settled within the relevant payment terms.
  • Create new supplier accounts within the purchase ledger.
  • Maintain and update purchase ledger procedures as necessary.
  • Assist with expense processing including those via Concur.
  • Processing and payment of other credit card expenses.
  • Recording of bank transactions within the ledger.
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with the monitoring of bank balances.
  • Preparing payments and obtaining the relevant sign-off.
  • Maintain and update banking procedures as necessary.
  • Generate the relevant journals and payments for SMI & Settled Direct Claims.
  • Generate the relevant journals for intercompany and foreign exchange postings.
  • To assist with the monitoring of expenses within Concur.

Experience

  • 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience.

  • Attention to detail. 

Systems & IT

  • Microsoft Office:  Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;

  • Sun Systems; and
  • Concur.
