General Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliation
- Month end Closing processing
- General Ledger processing
- Chart of Accounts Maintenance
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Assist in the Budget Process
- Various Account analysis
- File and pay Sales and Use tax
- Credit card reconciliation
Costing
- Establish & Maintain the Financial Costing system including all Part Masters, BOM's Routings, Machine & Labor Codes, Product Group Codes for both Manufactured Parts & Purchased Parts, Material, Labor & Machine Hour Standards
Qualification Requirements:
- Understanding of general accounting and account reconciliation principles required
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel required, Strong knowledge of Excel
- Effective trouble shooting for a variety of different situations/issues effectively
- Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, ability to initiate and follow tasks through to completion
- Verification of invoices, BOM's & checks essential
- Preferable experience in Ideas, Trans4M or equivalent program
