Create collateral and create presentations to be shared externally with customers
All our campaigns are manged through our Supply Side Platform. In this role, you will build and track campaigns in our SSP
Run reports that help advise our commercial decisioning
Provide rapid response to enquiries and requests from customers
Gain expert knowledge and usage of systems, including our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform called ‘Connect for Sales’, which underpins commercial activity
Build an expert knowledge of JCDecaux products and services and their benefits
Establish an understanding of the media marketplace and the digital ecosystems within it, e.g. Demand Side Platforms, Supply Side Platforms, Ad servers, Data Management Platforms, etc.

What you'll be doing...

  • Be a conduit for marketplace vision between insight, agencies and client teams 

  • Liaise effectively with other JCDecaux departments to deliver effective customer service, such as photography, campaign delivery/reconciliation, etc. 

  • Work with other team members to ensure a high level of external service is maintained 

  • Champion a culture and behaviours that deliver collaboration, innovation, creativity and personal accountability across the team 

  • Adopt a feedback culture where we proudly and collectively learn from mistakes 

  • Support the senior Programmatic members in their areas of activity.

Communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Confident communication and presentation skills when speaking with all levels 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships internally and externally 

Motivation 

  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritise to achieve deadlines and maintain client expectations 

  • Adaptable to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members to assist each other, exchange information, and improve standard methodologies 

  • The ability to use your initiative and a confident approach to decision-making  

  • Manages own time effectively 

  • Aptitude and desire to develop an understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market or the needs/challenges of assigned accounts 

  • Proactive and timely delivery of work, collaborating across departments to ensure delivery on commitments 

Administrative skills 

  • Strong numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail 

  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft packages with intermediate abilities in Excel 

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Previous experience using CRM systems to input data and produce reports would be an advantage 

  • Previous experience in a similar customer-focused or fast-paced environment would be beneficial 

  • Track record of performing as a key contributor within high performing teams 

  • Proven capability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraint 

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
