Job Description

As an Account Manager at Jellyfish, you will be a vital engine within our Client Management team, specifically focused on the OURA account. Your role is a blend of high-level support and independent execution: you will work closely with the Senior Account Manager (SAM) and Account Director (AD) on global strategies, while also taking full ownership of your own smaller campaigns from start to finish.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Support: Partner with the AD and SAM to ensure the smooth daily running of the Oura account, acting as a reliable right-hand in the delivery of international marketing and creative adaptation.

  • Campaign Ownership: Take the lead on smaller, localized projects—managing them from initial brief through to final delivery across Digital, Social, Print, and OOH.

  • Production Orchestration: Oversee the high-volume production of assets in multiple languages. You’ll ensure all internal and external team members are aligned, informed, and hitting their marks.

  • The "Go-To" Contact: Build proactive, positive relationships with the client and internal teams. You’ll be a central point of contact, ensuring client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

  • Relationship & Growth: Support the team in identifying opportunities to cross-sell Jellyfish services. You’ll focus on building rapport across all levels of the client's business to help maximize the account's potential.

  • Quality & Briefing: Help manage the end-to-end briefing process and internal quality control, ensuring every asset is brand-perfect before it reaches the client.

Qualifications

  • Ideal role for someone with 1–3+ years of experience who wants to master the complexities of international marketing localization and creative production.y

  • Production Knowledge: A base understanding of communication channels, the digital nature of modern media, and the logistics of campaign delivery.

  • Organizational Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced brand or agency environment.

  • Communication Skills: The ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to both clients and agency colleagues.

  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team setting, valuing diverse contributions and working seamlessly with Integrated Producers and creative resources.

  • Client-Centric Mindset: You love getting to know your clients, understanding their business goals, and looking for ways to add genuine value.

  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: You are proactive in finding solutions to unforeseen challenges and stay curious about the latest industry trends.
