Manage client and agency relationships and oversee campaign execution from setup to reporting. Handle scheduling, ad tag QA, delivery reconciliation, performance analysis, and administrative tasks including invoicing and end-of-campaign reporting.

We are looking for a highly-motivated Account Manager to join the Hypebeast team. The ideal candidate needs to have a genuine enthusiasm and excitement for the industry and should be eager to learn from those around them. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, working with some of the best brands in the world. They will report into the Director of Account Servicing, EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Manage clients and media agencies for both supplied asset campaigns and produced campaigns.
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and positive sentiment post-campaign.
- Manage internal teams to ensure smooth, successful campaign execution.
- Ensure project timings and deadlines are adhered to, bringing in the right people at the right time.
- Assist in managing insertion orders, campaign scheduling and inventory conflict resolution.
- Collect and QA ad tags and creative; monitor and reconcile campaign delivery across systems.
- Analyse performance and ensure delivery of client objectives.
- Communicate updates across departments regarding campaign performance.
- Create end of campaign reports for clients.
- Provide administrative support to the team including but not limited to assisting with EOCRs on large campaigns, invoicing, managing the delivery of case studies and supporting with general team administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of account/project management experience, preferably in the fashion industry focusing on digital media.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising and content production.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A problem-solver that can think strategically.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Solutions focused, with the ability to manage internal and external expectations.
- Positive and energetic - instilling enthusiasm in the team at all times.
