Account Manager

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll be a critical partner to the South of England’s most highly regarded restaurants, cultivating relationships to help them scale their online sales.

Get to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Regional UK and Ireland team. We are the local experts responsible for driving Deliveroo’s performance across all four nations, managing the best restaurants from Brighton to Belfast to ensure we fulfil our massive growth potential.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Drive partner performance: Use data analysis and industry insights to maximise order volumes and unlock growth potential for our top restaurant partners.

  • Manage senior relationships: Build and maintain high-impact partnerships through consistent face-to-face and remote communication.

  • Negotiate high-value contracts: Lead commercial discussions to secure optimal terms of partnership and long-term value.

  • Optimise operations: Liaise with restaurant and rider operations teams to identify and resolve friction points, improving overall efficiency.

  • Act as a local market expert: Represent the face of Deliveroo within your region, staying ahead of industry trends to innovate and present new growth ideas.

Please note: This role requires being out on the road meeting partners around Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich and surrounding areas; therefore, a valid driving licence and access to a car is preferred.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

  • Significant experience in account management: A proven track record in relationship management or a similar commercial role.

  • Strong commercial acumen: Comfortable interpreting data and using it to drive growth and inform business decisions.

  • Proven negotiation skills: Ability to manage complex conversations and deliver successful outcomes against targets.

  • Exceptional communication: A natural ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders, whether in person, via phone, or email.

  • Operational autonomy: A self-starter who is comfortable working independently while travelling to meet partners across the region.
