Day-to-day, you will:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for software licenses, maintenance, bureau processing, and consultancy services.
  • Develop strong product demonstration skills and know when to engage additional expertise.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Access IP and relevant third-party solutions to position offerings effectively.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing actionable feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring seamless project handovers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical guidance, represent Access at exhibitions, and support broader sales initiatives.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
  • Experience in B2B field sales or account management, ideally within SaaS solutions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage time well.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
