We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in China! You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap, as well as external stakeholders to grow advertising revenue. The role includes thinking strategically about how to tailor Snap’s products to a client’s unique needs to setting a campaign live to troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues as they arise.

What you'll do:

  • Support strategic advertisers by providing brand-focused account management and campaign guidance on Snap

  • Serve as a product advocate for Snap’s new and existing products, advising on best practices and brand-focused campaign optimizations, while partnering closely with the Client Partner to support brand strategy execution, product beta participation, and smooth account delivery.

  • Review campaign performance data to identify key brand insights and trends, and act as a product and solution advocate for Snap’s brand offerings by advising on best practices and suitable formats (e.g. video, AR, creator-led ads).

  • Provide day-to-day account support, coordinate with internal teams on campaign setup and issue resolution, and review brand campaign performance using upper- and mid-funnel metrics to summarize key learnings.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Creative Strategy, Marketing Science, Ops) to support campaign setup and measurement, and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve client or partner issues.

  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, integrated marketing, or digital media

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate strategic narratives and insights to senior stakeholder

  • Strong Google Sheets/Slides skills, experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable brand insights

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of digital marketing landscape of China brand export online market would be a plus 

  • Knowledge of brand measurement methodologies (e.g. brand lift, awareness and consideration metrics) in export retail & gaming industry

  • Understanding of the China export digital marketing landscape and global brand-building challenges

  • Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)

  • Strong understanding of how creative, culture, and audience insights drive brand impact

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and work effectively with both internal and external partners
