Summary

We’re looking for an aspiring Account Manager to join us in our London office. Our London office is the hub office servicing Europe, Middle East and Turkey markets for Apple.

The Account Manager role will be reporting into the Account Director (line manager) and be part of the Account Management team which consists of about 30 people. This role typically supports one or multiple Senior Account Managers day-to-day within the pod-group.

The Account Manager role at Media Arts Lab serves as a key communicator across Account and Project Management on many projects, as well as the overall organisation of Client and Department needs and activities.

They will be working alongside Account Management team members across various levels; various internal departments; MAL Los Angeles; and OMD London ( media agency partner). They will also have interaction with Geo Apple Advertising team members.

We’re looking for someone who is excited about working with a global, culturally diverse and highly driven team for one of the best brands in the world. If you are inquisitive, looking for a new challenge, collaborative, a great communicator and interested in the world of advertising – we’d love to hear from you.

The Work

  • Start to develop POVs on creative work, and draw insights from post-campaign analysis reports, to identify Geo opportunities.
  • Demonstrable experience of working across multiple platforms and exposure to origination campaigns.
  • Drive the Localisation workflow including client communication and approvals; communication with MAL LA and OMD LDN; Business Affairs reviews; network clearance and traffic; etc.
  • Manage production finance across Origination and Localisation work streams (i.e. production budget forecasts, production estimates; budget lifecycle trackers).
  • Liaise with Geo Apple teams on creative/production approvals, keeping within agreed timeframe and budget in partnership with Production.
  • Ensure project materials, such as presentation decks or assets, are QC’d and delivered on time.
  • Manage and share insightful competitive intelligence for the pod group.

Who will thrive in this role?

  • Unrelenting ambition to create smart, simple, iconic work that makes culture for the brand.
  • Passion for the advertising and marketing industry with a keen eye for current trends, culture, and emerging markets.
  • A hungry, flexible and resourceful individual with strong attention to detail and a drive for excellence in delivery.
  • Someone who loves to collaborate with different people to get the job done.
  • A strong verbal and written communicator, who can, over time, find the right balance of knowing when to over-communicate vs. when to keep things concise.

What’s in it for you?

Given we push to create smart, simple, iconic, globally impactful work that makes culture; we understand this requires the hard work and dedication of an extremely talented and innovative collection of people. Therefore, we have designed our benefits package to first and foremost take care of our teams, to say, “thank you”, but beyond that, it is there to ensure that you are rewarded for the incredible work you deliver and receive the recognition that goes along with that.

From continued learning & development, life insurance for protection and peace of mind, family care leave (for those important times), well-being and mental health support – to volunteer days and a great work environment with an international and talented team – basically, we’ve got you covered!
