Account Manager (US, EU, other markets - remote)

Role Overview:
As an Account Manager at BnBerry, your primary objective will be to cultivate strong relationships with our hotel clients, drive revenue growth for their accounts, and optimize performance to achieve the highest results. This role is perfect for professionals who excel in fostering client relationships, providing strategic recommendations, and delivering results-oriented solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Revenue Optimization: Analyze performance and listings for assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate better rates and terms with hotel clients to maximize profitability and enhance partnership value.
  • Account Support: Provide support to Account Executives with administrative duties, including outbound calls, research, account turnover processes, and account maintenance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, product, and customer support, to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools like Hubspot to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate account records.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of previous sales or business development experience, with clear Hotel Revenue/Reservations/Leisure Sales experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and reservations platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com , etc.
  • B2B Tech Sales background is a plus.
  • A passion for learning and growth specific to B2B selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with clients.
  • Previous experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and database management.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
