Art Machine UK, a division of Trailer Park Group, is a fully integrated advertising agency dedicated to building fans for brands and entertainment properties. We are seeking a talented Account Manager with a can-do attitude to join our team. This person will co-lead many film, tv and streaming accounts, supporting the Associate Account Director, SVP, Growth UK & EMEA, design team, and driving the client’s projects forward. The workload for these accounts includes its share of original creative and production management. This means you’ll need to be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and be able to handle multiple projects at one time.

What you will do:

  • Be a primary point of contact for client interaction, and actively looks to take ownership of certain accounts, under the guideance of the Associate Account Director and SVP, Growth UK & EMEA.
  • Manage upward to ensure the Associate Account Director and SVP role is supported, as well as managing projects and admin tasks with the support of the Account Coordinator.
  • Maintain and manage all ingoing and outgoing of client-supplied assets.
  • Open, close, and track the status for all projects.
  • Delegate all necessary assets and information to design, photo, planning and production teams.
  • Maintain project oversight and ensuring proper quality control during project’s lifespan.
  • Schedule all internal and external meetings.
  • Disseminate information clearly and concisely while keeping the team engaged.
  • Provide support for all billing requests and invoice submissions.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Monitor works-in-progress against job specifications, scope and deadlines.

About you:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, having forethought to plan ahead.
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of latest OSX operating systems.
  • Meticulous, result-oriented and customer-focused with a passion for the creative process.
  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with clients, vendors and internal team.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Consistent follow-through, ability to traffic communication and ensure project accuracy.
  • A positive demeanor while under pressure to meet demanding deadlines.
  • 2-3 years of related experience within the TV/Film and entertainment industry. Agency experience preferred.
