Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and deliver projects on a major global production account for a leading sportswear brand within the EMEA region. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role requiring someone who can step in, take control of the production pipeline, and maintain relationships with our brilliant clients.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Amsterdam office, two days per week. The salary range for this position is between €35,000-40,000 EUR, annually, and final offer is dependent on experience.

  • Campaign Delivery: Lead and deliver end-to-end global production campaigns, with a focus on core creative asset development, bespoke build development, multi-market adaptation, and localisation.

  • Pipeline Management: Handle briefs at various stages of production without dropping the ball. These will generally be larger programmes of work at a time with some smaller ones in between.

  • Client Ownership: Act as a primary, day-to-day point of contact for the client, managing expectations and responding swiftly to fast-moving requests.

  • Production Routing: Efficiently translate client requirements into actionable briefs, routing critical information seamlessly to internal production teams through our workflow systems.

  • Quality & Delivery: Guarantee on-time delivery as well as enforcing QA standards so all work goes out the door error-free.

  • Financial Control: Take ownership of project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
    Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager within the creative/media industry, in a client facing environment.

  • The ability to communicate with confidence, demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to connect to Jellyfish culture

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and prioritise multiple demands

  • Good commercial awareness

  • Knowledgeable and skilled in project management methodologies and practices

  • A passion for digital and a desire to learn new skills.

  • Agency Experience: Proven track record managing integrated production & localisation projects beneficial, but strong account management & project management ability will be most appreciated.

  • Impact & A Self-Starter: A self-starter who thrives under pressure and can navigate systems & briefs independently, taking ownership of a programme of work.

  • Commercial Acumen: Highly organised with a strong grip on budgeting and cost-tracking.

  • Team Player: Someone who understands their part to play in leading campaigns and teams, and has an ability bring people together to deliver incredible results and create a positive and enjoyable environment to work in!

Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English.
