Account Manager, Talent & Influencer Integration & Creator Economy
Be an Early Applicant
The Account Manager will develop and execute communication strategies for influencer campaigns, manage relationships, oversee digital campaign implementation, edit materials, and mentor junior staff while monitoring industry trends.
Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis has an immediate opening for a strategic, creatively-driven Account Manager to join our Talent & Influencer team in London. This person understands that in 2026, a brand’s cultural relevance is built at the intersection of traditional entertainment and the creator economy. We are looking someone with 5–6 years of experience who doesn't just follow trends, but understands the mechanics of how they shape culture.
As an Account Manager, you are a master of the integrated campaign. You possess a creative and inventive voice, a high-level pulse on emerging talent, and the professional maturity to develop trusting relationships with clients and creators alike. You thrive on the Generalist mentality—while you are a specialist in the influencer space, you are eager to bridge your work with entertainment and social good.
The Role:
- Integrated Talent & Influencer Strategy: Lead the development and execution of 360-degree communications strategies for both earned and paid influencer campaigns.
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of digital campaigns, including influencer vetting and selection, drafting social guidelines, contract negotiation, and day-to-day partner management.
- Content & Briefing Excellence: Edit and proofread high-stakes materials including creative briefs, talent contracts, briefing notes, and travel itineraries. You ensure every document is client-ready and reflects a deep understanding of the project’s goals.
- Analytical Reporting: Drive the "so what" of every campaign. Manage analytical reporting to prove ROI and provide strategic insights for future brand activations.
- Trend & Cultural Intelligence: Act as the team’s radar. Monitor news cycles for daily breaks and pop-culture moments that our clients can leverage through influencer partnerships.
- Event & Project Leadership: Plan and execute influencer-focused events, managing on-site talent and ensuring the brand's digital footprint is maximized.
- Mentorship & Team Growth: Proactively train and mentor junior staff. You take pride in teaching them the how and why of influencer relations and the agency's overall work approach.
- New Business & Growth: Collaborate with senior managers on proposals and identify organic growth opportunities for our diverse roster of 4–6 clients.
Who You Are:
- The Creator Expert: 5+ years of talent/influencer relations experience. You can name a plethora of rising creators across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms, and you know exactly how to conduct outreach to their reps.
- The Strategic Researcher: Your research skills are ones to beat. You build well-researched lists and proactively identify client opportunities before they become mainstream.
- The Situational Strategist: You have the confidence to voice an opinion that matters and the emotional intelligence to read the room when navigating complex talent negotiations.
- A Relationship Person: You understand that we are a people business. You lead by example in how you treat your co-workers, partners, and the media—prioritizing trust and integrity in every interaction.
- An Integrated Thinker: You are eager to collaborate across our agency groups—from social and creative to brand integration—and you’re particularly excited to combine entertainment with social impact.
- Meticulously Organized: You are a master of the backend and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without letting a single contract or deadline slip.
