Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW, Mercedes, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

Your Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales Team, supporting growth across Ohme’s UK reseller channel.

This is a hybrid role, combining time in our office, working from home, and regular travel to visit customers. The successful candidate will thrive on being out and about: meeting partners, visiting branches, and supporting installation teams and regional accounts.

You’ll play a vital role in growing and maintaining relationships with our installation partners, wholesale branches, and regional reseller accounts. Your energy, initiative, and relationship-building skills will help Ohme strengthen our presence in the market and support our rapid growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships across Ohme’s reseller network, including our wholesale network and installation partners.
  • Spend significant time visiting customers and partners — supporting them, delivering product training, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships
  • Support Ohme’s expansion into the new build housing sector; Build on our existing success in this market by identifying new opportunities and ensuring smooth route to market for new partners
  • Track account performance and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure Ohme’s partners are fully supported
  • Represent Ohme at customer visits, events, and exhibitions with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

  • A self-starter with a “get up and go” attitude who enjoys being on the road and meeting customers.
  • Experience in sales or account management, ideally within a fast-paced or technical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident presenting and building rapport at all levels.
  • Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Experience in the wholesale is beneficial but not essential.
  • A genuine interest in clean energy, EVs, or technology.
  • UK driving licence is a must.
