THE ROLE
As the Programmatic Account Manager you are responsible for supporting the Programmatic team with all outbound business and associated process. You will build professional and productive relationships within the programmatic buying community providing best in class service and ultimately grow demand across programmatic OOH for JCDecaux.

What you'll be doing...

Commercial
  • Creating collateral to be shared externally with customers
  • Support in the provision and delivery collaterale collaterall to drive programmatic sales
  • Lead on existing client service initiatives including but not limited to client tier benchmarking & QBRs
  • Support ASD Programmatic with all elements of programmatic sales
  • Build a knowledge of JCDecaux products and services and their benefits
  • Share your understanding of the media marketplace and the digital ecosystems within it i.e. DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.
Team Contributor
  • Liaise effectively with other JCDecaux departments to delivery effective, pro active sales service
  • Work with other team members to ensure a high level of external service is maintained
  • Foster a culture and behaviours that deliver collaboration, innovation, creativity and personal accountability across the team
  • Embrace a feedback culture where we proudly and collectively learn from mistakes
  • Support the Head of Programmatic and ASD Programmatic outbound in their areas of activity..
Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident communication and presentation skills when speaking with all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships internally and externally.
Motivation
  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritise and maintain client expectations
  • Adaptable to work alone and be part of a team to support colleagues, share information and improve on standard processes
  • The ability to use your initiative and a confident approach to decision making
  • Manages own time optimally
  • Competence and desire to develop an understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market or the needs/challenges of assigned accounts.
  • Proactive and timely delivery of delegated work, collaborating across departments to ensure delivery on commitments

A little bit about you...

Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience working in sales within the digital advertising crucial
  • Experience of Programmatic Out of Home is an advantage
  • Previous experience using CRM systems to input data and produce reports would be an advantage
  • Previous experience working in a similar customer-focussed or fast paced environment would be an advantage
  • Track record of performing as a key contributor within successful teams
  • Demonstrable capability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraints
