Vendelux helps companies discover the best events. Event marketers are the unsung heroes of successful companies. From generating leads to building world-class brands, event marketers make magic happen throughout the year. Vendelux is here to help maximize the impact of all the events that a company sponsors and attends.

We are a Series A SaaS company and provide the system of record for event marketing. Our software platform provides proprietary insights that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream.

Vendelux was founded in 2021, and our recent $14 million Series A was led by FirstMark, whose portfolio includes companies like Shopify, Pinterest, Discord, Airbnb, Draft Kings, Carta and Justworks (amongst others). Our leadership team includes alumni from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, Compass, ModernLoop, Forter, Zulilly, NewtonX.

We’re looking for an Account Manager Lead to own and scale our event organizer partner program. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on strategic partnerships, relationship management, and operational excellence — not direct selling.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and growing long-term partnerships with event organizers, ensuring smooth data exchange, strong collaboration, and mutual value. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, data, and commercial teams to make sure our partners are successful and engaged as Vendelux scales.

This role is ideal for someone who has built or managed partner or channel programs at a Series A/B/C tech company, is commercially minded, and thrives in operational work.

Based in London with the right to work in the UK.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and grow relationships with event organizer partners, serving as the primary point of contact

  • Own partner onboarding end-to-end, including pre-call research, live onboarding sessions, and follow-up education using standardized materials

  • Source and structure data-driven partnerships, including data exchange and technical collaborations, that support revenue growth and product expansion

  • Create and customize data reports and dashboards, applying nuance and judgment to meet partner-specific needs

  • Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams, surfacing feedback to improve reporting workflows and product capabilities

  • Provide responsive, request-based support post-onboarding while helping evolve a more structured customer success motion

  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities, including additional events, renewals, webinars, case studies, and media partnerships

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support upsell initiatives and deepen partnerships through sponsor and paid program alignment

  • Stay close to customer feedback and market trends to help influence product and positioning

  • Represent Vendelux externally at industry events, conferences, and meetings

What We're Looking For
  • 5-10+ years in Account management, partnerships, strategy & operations, or consulting

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly and navigate complex conversations

  • Self-starter mentality — you’re comfortable owning your number and your process

  • Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage or scaling environments

Bonus Points
  • Experience in data, analytics, media, or marketing intelligence platforms

  • Familiarity with events, experiential marketing, or brand marketing ecosystems

  • Experience working with international clients or expanding into new markets

  • Experience in the events space

Not all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok! We are open to great people from non-traditional backgrounds.

Vendelux is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or veteran status.
