Love building relationships? Motivated by targets? Ready to grow?

At OrderYOYO, we help independent restaurants take control of their online business through personalised apps, websites and marketing tools.

We're growing our Account Management team and looking for commercially driven people who want to build relationships, spot opportunities and deliver results.

The role

You'll manage a portfolio of our most valuable restaurant partners, helping them increase orders, grow their online sales and get more value from our platform.

You'll be trusted to identify opportunities, have commercial conversations and turn account insights into action. From growing partner performance to introducing additional products and protecting retention, you'll play a direct role in the success of both our customers and our business.

We're building a new team across several European markets, so you'll have the opportunity to make an impact as the function grows.

Your day-to-day
  • Own and develop a portfolio of key restaurant accounts.

  • Identify opportunities to grow GMV and increase online orders.

  • Use CRM data and performance insights to uncover commercial opportunities.

  • Introduce relevant products, including marketing packages, ePOS and self-service kiosks.

  • Have proactive conversations that lead to account growth and upsell opportunities.

  • Protect customer retention by identifying risks and taking action early.

  • Build trusted relationships through regular calls, reviews and follow-ups.

  • Work with internal teams to deliver the best possible partner experience.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for people who want to achieve, improve and make things happen.

You might already work in Account Management, Sales or Customer Success, or you might be looking for your first opportunity in a commercial role.

What matters most is that you:

  • Enjoy working towards targets and achieving measurable results.

  • Are confident speaking to customers and identifying their needs.

  • Have the initiative to spot opportunities rather than wait for them to appear.

  • Can build relationships while remaining commercially focused.

  • Are organised, resilient and motivated to keep improving.

  • Are comfortable using information and data to guide decisions.

  • Want to learn, develop and build a career in a growing business.

Experience in a target-driven or customer-facing role is useful, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn can be just as valuable.

What success looks like

You'll be measured on account growth, retention, product adoption, upselling and customer satisfaction.

What's on offer?
  • Up to £29,000 basic salary plus bonus.

  • Training, coaching and ongoing development.

  • Personal development plans and career progression opportunities.

  • The opportunity to help build a new Account Management function.

  • Monthly socials, quarterly conferences and team events.

  • Employee awards, a holiday-buying scheme and Wellness Wednesdays.

  • A supportive, collaborative culture built around Passion, Action, Compassion and One Team.

If you're commercially curious, motivated by results and ready to take ownership of your own portfolio, we'd love to meet you.

Apply now and take the next step in your career.
