About the Role
Multi-disciplinary role focussing on Fund Accounting but encompassing elements of Fund Operations and client relationship management. We would like someone to join our organisation that relishes the challenge of overseeing the teams and processes involved in delivering a range of Fund Administration services for one of our largest European clients.
This position would suit a current Fund Accounting Manager who has had extensive client facing experience.
This position is based primarily in our Central London office with Hybrid working on offer.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for client escalation
- Oversight of NAV production and NAV review processes
- Develop rapport and trust with key client management figure
- Facilitate individual client requests and wider multi-client change projects with respect to FA
- Analysing accounting processes to identify opportunities for automation and risk reduction
- Detection and tracking of quality or timeliness issues and resolution thereof
- Implement, maintain and review complex fee calculation methodologies
Your Experience
- Working within (preferably alternative asset) fund administration or otherwise closely working with fund administrators.
- Familiarity with complex incentive fee calculations and ability to interpret associated documentation
- Several years of facing-off directly to institutional clients in a service role
- Coordination of work between teams in multiple locations and time-zones
- NAV production and/or review, ideally with knowledge of upstream processes (e.g. reconciliation, valuation)
- Independent organisation of work priorities, self-guided project management and issue tracking/resolution.
