About the Team and the Role:

eBay is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our eBay Partner Network (EPN) team. This is a hybrid role, with the office based in Richmond. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with our key partners, driving growth, and ensuring the success of our partner network initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise partner performance and contribute to the overall success of the EPN, reporting directly to the UK EPN Lead based in London.

What you will accomplish

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners within the EPN, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Evaluate performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to improve revenue and campaign success.
  • Collaborate with partners to set and pursue measurable goals, aligning with company objectives for sustained growth.
  • Work on strategic plans with partners that align with eBay’s regional and global business objectives, providing insights based on market trends and data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to ensure smooth execution of partner initiatives and share feedback for strategic directions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and conduct data-driven analysis to advise decision-making and strategy development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new avenues for growth and actively participate in industry events.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in affiliate marketing or digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partner relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in English, with additional languages like German as a plus.
