We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leader of Account Management/Growth, in EMEA to join our team with a focus on managing and developing a team of Strategic Account Managers to solve key challenges for our EMEA & APAC clients while achieving revenue and pipeline generation growth.
This role requires team leadership, team development, coaching, performance management, and a strong focus on strategic selling skills. You will hire, coach, and develop the EMEA Account Management Team. In this role, you will report on your business, people, and forecast to the Global VP of Customer Growth. 
You will work collaboratively with a multitude of different teams including Sales, Sales Ops, CS, Product, and R&D, and must be able to develop strong relationships internally. Success will be measured on the ability to achieve team retention and sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage a team of Strategic Account Managers focused on retention and growth revenue 
  • Manage, Hire, and Lead performance conversations with team members
  • Have experience navigating complex deal cycles across a technical portfolio of products Effectively expand Cloudinary's customer footprint
  • Participate in virtual and onsite meetings with strategic clients and partners
  • Accurately forecast growth and retention opportunities
  • Escalate customer questions and issues to the appropriate teams

About you:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B, revenue-generating leadership role in Saas/technology space 
  • 7+ years of experience in software account management and/or sales required
  • Strong presentation skills, executive presence, and influencing skills 
  • History of exceeding sales goals 
  • Highly motivated as well as able to develop a highly motivated and success-oriented team
  • Proven ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include relationship management, consultative selling, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function
  • Willingness to travel
