About this team:
As Account Manager, Client Success, SpringServe, you will be working in a truly generalist position focused on our premium Streaming adserver, SpringServe. The largest Streaming publishers and TV manufacturers in the world use SpringServe to power and manage the monetization of their CTV apps and content.
In this role you will:
Own client success on SpringServe, building trusted relationships and helping clients drive adoption, performance, and growth on the platform
Assist in client onboarding for assigned accounts; coordinating timelines, requirements, testing, and go-live readiness in partnership with internal teams
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and goals, translating needs into a tailored SpringServe setup and clear success plan
Educate and advise clients on SpringServe functionality and ad tech best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and workflow issues, acting as the primary point of contact and escalating effectively when needed
Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights, creating reports and recommendations that help clients optimize strategy and execution
Provide responsive, high-quality client communication, proactively managing risks, setting expectations, and ensuring follow-through on commitments
We’re looking for someone with:
2+ years of experience in customer support and/or digital advertising - experience with RTB/programmatic and digital advertising at an agency, adserver, DSP, or SSP is a plus
Experience providing technical support for clients of a SaaS platform
Knowledge of video advertising (including CTV), SQL, Python (a plus)
A highly motivated, outcome-focused mindset with a commitment to demonstrating accountability, ownership, and urgency for results
Analytical, project management, and troubleshooting skills to solve clients’ technical problems
A self-starter mentality and an eagerness to work autonomously in a dynamic team environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentations skills; adept in interacting with clients and internal, cross-functional stakeholders
An eagerness to undertake new challenges that directly impact the business

In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $75,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
