Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BMS sector.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers.

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to project completion.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BMS project sales or a related field.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Ability to travel within the South of the UK as required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
