Company Description

This is a dynamic, hybrid role designed for a high-energy commercial professional. Initially, your time will be split between managing our growing portfolio of fleet/B2B2C partners and executing targeted sales campaigns to drive B2C orders from inbound leads and our existing customer database. As our fleet partnerships scale, the focus of this role will naturally shift more heavily toward dedicated account management.

Job Description

1. B2B2C Account Management & Activation (approx. 50% of time initially)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for fleet managers and partnership stakeholders.

  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales cycle to live operations.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to demonstrate value, cost savings, and business satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute "Activation Plans" to increase the penetration rate of Fixter services within partner organisations.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the scope of existing partnerships.

  • Anticipate partner needs and resolve operational friction points before they escalate.

2. B2C Sales & Revenue Generation (approx. 50% of time initially)

  • Inbound Sales: Convert incoming B2C inquiries and requests into confirmed bookings by demonstrating the value and convenience of Fixter.

  • Outbound Sales (Warm Database): Proactively reach out to our database of repeat and lapsed customers to drive re-bookings and increase customer lifetime value.

  • Optimise the sales pipeline to ensure high conversion rates from initial inquiry to vehicle collection.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the "Voice of the Customer" internally, feeding back insights from both fleet partners and B2C drivers to our Product and Operations teams.

  • Liaise with the Network team to ensure operational capacity aligns with incoming sales volumes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a hybrid role blending Account Management and Inside Sales (SaaS, automotive, logistics, or fast-paced startup environments preferred).

  • Sales Instincts: Comfortable on the phone, resilient, and motivated by closing deals—whether it's convincing an individual consumer or a fleet stakeholder.

  • Relationship Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.

  • Organisation: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively between structured account management tasks and fast-paced sales pipelines.

  • Data-Driven: Able to track your own sales conversion metrics and present performance data to B2B partners.
