The Global Occupier Services business within Cushman & Wakefield have a fantastic opportunity for a Partner-level Account Director to join our market-leading Global Occupier Services function, based in Birmingham.

A Partner at Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for delivering outstanding business results, demonstrating competence in a broad range of varied work activities, while being adept at operating in an ambiguous and changing environment. They are recognized for their contribution as a business enabler, a leader and manager of talent and a trusted partner.

Role Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Leader to drive the service delivery, deliver exceptional client results and lead the team.

  • Role: Own all aspects of the portfolio management for one of the UK’s largest Government Departments with a UK portfolio of c800 properties and a +£300m pa budget. Ensure service delivery is sharp, compliant, and cost-effective.
  • Client Focus: Work with the client senior stakeholders, proactively identifying needs & bringing C&W experts to support future strategic planning & portfolio activity aligned to client goals.
  • Leadership: Set vision and strategy for the account; manage and lead the core portfolio management team, partner with data and finance service team and the call off UK C&W skill lines including agency, building surveying and Landlord & Tenant.
  • Performance: Track KPIs, report accurately, champion continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Financials: Responsibility for the account P&L delivering revenue and margin targets including cross selling growth & growth targets.
  • Expertise: Bring 10+ years’ experience, deep property management know-how, and strong leadership. RICS membership and degree-level qualifications preferred.
