You'll work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to identify customer needs and demonstrate how Lightspeed's solutions can help schools achieve their goals.

This role is ideal for someone with early sales experience who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and developing a consultative sales approach in the UK.

About The Role

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and networking activities.
  • Manage the sales process from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, priorities, and technology initiatives.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to school and trust stakeholders.

About You

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable engaging customers via phone, email, video meetings, and in-person presentations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to build a successful career in sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or EdTech environments.
  • Familiarity with the UK education sector.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the United Kingdom.
